Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based relaxation practice designed to rejuvenate the body and mind. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra can help relieve the effects of stress, insomnia, chronic pain and anxiety all while in a safe, supportive environment and is accessible to all. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and pillows to be comfortable during the practice. Participants unable to rest on the floor may sit against the wall or use a chair.
