St. Anne’s Episcopal Church’s Truth and Reconciliation Ministry has been reading and discussing Antonia Hylton’s book, “Madness: Race and Insanity in a Jim Crow Asylum,” which traces Crownsville Hospital’s 93-year history.

The last meeting about this book will be held from 10:30 a.m. – noon on Saturday, April 25, at St. Anne’s Parish Hall at 199 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, Md. The public is invited to participate in the discussion which will center around “Where Have all the Patients Gone?”
