Moose Tracks® is bringing the 10,000 Scoop Challenge to Annapolis on Wednesday, August 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The People’s Park. Moose Tracks is partnering with the Turkey Hill® Clean Water Partnership—which includes Turkey Hill, the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, and Maola Local Dairies®—to serve 10,000 scoops of FREE Moose Tracks Ice Cream in a citywide ice cream social benefiting the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring the Chesapeake Bay’s rivers and streams.Â
For every scoop enjoyed, Moose Tracks will donate $1 to the cause, and Turkey Hill will match it with an additional $1 per scoop, doubling the impact!  That means each scoop served equals $2 donated to the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay.  With a goal of scooping 10,000 Turkey Hill Moose Tracks ice cream scoops, the event aims to raise $20,000 in just four hours. The funds will support local farmers and clean water initiatives right here in our community, protecting our streams and the health of the Chesapeake Bay.
