Have a digital camera you're not sure how to use? Want to brush up on your photography skills? Join photographer, Kaitlyn McQuaid, for "First Exposure," a 4-week digital photography workshop covering the foundations of photography. This workshop will run for 2 hours each week and will cover one photography element in-depth including Aperture, ISO, Shutter Speed, Lighting, and Composition. We'll practice with in-class, hands-on exercises, and tips for capturing moments on your own outside of class.

Class Requirements

A digital DSLR camera is strongly recommended but if you only have a sophisticated point-and-shoot, we are happy to have you as well. Just be mindful that some of the point-and-shoots do not always let you adjust as many settings. With this in mind, please check in with us if you have something different than a DSLR so our Instructor can see what kind of digital camera you have before the workshop begins.

Due to the small size of our classes and the planning that needs to take place, we are not able to issue refunds for missed classes. For classes with a waitlist, if we are able to fill your spot, we are happy to issue a refund.
