Artist Open Studios is bringing its annual statewide "art crawl" back to Maryland April 11-12, 2026. We invite the public to visit working artists in their personal studios for a behind-the-scenes look at how art is made. The weekend is designed as a self-guided tour, giving residents and visitors a chance to explore studios across the state, meet artists, and purchase work directly from creators. Unless otherwise noted in an artist's listing, participating studios will be open from 10 am-5 pm, both days.

The event is a free, statewide experience that encourages everyone to explore Maryland's art community by visiting artists in their studios.

The event is managed by Artist Open Studios, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) run by volunteer artists.
